If you are a veterinarian and would like to receive the MATRIX Technical Manual at no charge, please submit your request online using the form below and indicate if you prefer a downloadable PDF-version, or a hard-copy that will be mailed to you.

After receipt of your qualified submission, you will be directed to a web page to download the brochure in PDF-format or we will mail you a printed copy of the brochure per your request. Mailed copies should arrive within 3-4 weeks.
